How do you become An Edgelite
We will contact you
Our recruitment team will link up with you set up an initial chat to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have. If it's not the right fit or time, ofcourse we will let you know!
You will be interviewed
Interviews are conducted by a panel of experts. Once the interview report is out and approved, HR conducts background checks for the best interviewed candidate.
Initial Training
All our employees are taken through different pieces of training by professionals starting with initial training on professionalism, customer service and Company culture, followed by on-job training and any other identified to be relevant.
probation period starts
The probation period for newly recruited workers lasts for three months.It’s usually a fixed period at the beginning of our employment relationship, during which the new employee is exempt from some contractual items.
Permanent Edgelite
Once you successfully go through the probation period, you will have qualified as a permanent edgelite. A contract letter will be issued to you with all job entitlements and the contract lasts for 12 months and over.
