Our products and services must always be of the best and highest quality. That is why we must constantly strive to reduce the cost of these products and services to reach every one.In doing this, our orders must be promptly and accurately filled with no damages. Our dealers must make a fair profit and recommend us more. |
| Our second responsibility is to those who work with us- the men and women in our offices. The “EDGELITES”. They must have a sense of security in their jobs. Salary must be fair and adequate, management just and working conditions clean and orderly. They must be smart at all times, upholding the good image of this company. They are encouraged to have an organized system for suggestions and complaints. Department heads must be qualified with experience and fair-minded. There must be an opportunity for advancement for those qualified and each EDGELITE must be considered an individual standing on his own dignity and merit. |
| Our third responsibility is to our management. Our executives must be persons of talent, education, experience and ability to lead our company ahead. They must be persons of common sense and full understanding. They must be able to set high achievable goals and support in achieving these goals. |
| Our forth responsibility is to the communities in which we live. We must be good citizens who support good works and charity where possible, and bear our fair share of taxes. Also, we must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use and keep a good image within the community we are located. Treasury must be created; research must be carried on, adventurous programs developed and mistakes paid for per individual. Adverse times must be prepared for, adequate taxes paid, new machines purchased, new branches opened, new products launched, and new sales plans developed. |
